well in the next few days you may see some release of reborn starting with ep 94… with the tag [KSN]
so don’t freak out … yes we are gonna do reborn!

Since Funimation used aggressive methods to shut us down .. we will be standing still …(if they come to ask nicely with some kind of agreement that let us do reborn for fans we will agree … otherwise no!)

Sweet, just be careful. If you have to, release the subs under a different name or whatnot. I don't wanna lose you guys again. ^_^ But to tell the truth, Funimation trying to take you to court would be just stupid. They know there not gonna get anything and they lose a lot of money in the process.

I am glad to see several groups or fans attempt to continue where people left off. I don't see hitman enjoying great monetary success here in the states so much so that it would be carried into 90 episodes where we were left off. Let alone saying that happens, how long would it take for them to catch up and surpass the episodes we have already seen.
So in closing, I would be glad to assist/help in bringing this fansub back to life.
Woot if I could help I would but I don't think I offer anything, but power to the people.
1- Anime is made for the fans, not for some company to profit
2- Fansubbers work hard to deliver the episodes with quality so that the rest of us can enjoy
3- Fansubbing cannot be stopped, and thank God for that!
Keep on with the great job, you guys will be the net great fansubbers!

They think they're the world "If it's licensed in US, then stop ALL fansubbing" Of course they don't know how much it COSTS for people that are – let's say – in Europe to buy a dvd from the US. Thank you again!!
I'd like to help but I don't know a thing about fansubbing. The only thing I know is a little bit of japanese.
Actually, in reply to Crystal above, Hitman Reborn! HASN'T been licensed in R1 by any company, and it's even unsure if anyone will ever pick it up. This 'endorsement py proxy' by Funi is just creating bad press for themselves, which is sad considering all the other good efforts they've done for the R1 market…
