You could advertise for translators on animesuki as well; http://forums.animesuki.com/showthread.php?t=6497&page=106
…though that’s not foolproof as there’s very tough competition for translators… (but if you do advertise there, don’t mention Hitman or the post might get deleted…)
I’ll email you about a possible other solution, though don’t count too much on it, it’s just an idea I had and not necessarily approved of either of the parties it involves…

i dunno why but to me .. it seems that some fans really think we are doing projects … for some kind fame ….
well other than being known is nothing else .. with all the fame i wont get payed even 1$ so .. i don’t see in it any fame on putting your name on some release… and most of the fans .. don’t even know who is subbing an anime .. they just search for “eng sub” or something like that …

Does Kesenai have any intent on finishing the last two episodes of “Kamen no Maid Guy”? Ya’ll snuck in your Episode 10 while the webpage was down but fans have heard no other update reguarding KnMG. Yeah, your in a pinch with fansub translators but still. You guys are the ONLY fansubbing group doing KnMG in English subs.

What is the translator means?Is they getting paid?Are they using subtitle workshop to sub the anime?

Translator writes down english from what he hears in japanese[in the anime episode]… into nodepad/aegisub …
no he doesn’t get paid .. because this is FREE FANSUB!!!!

It is suprising that some people are such jerks. They obviously enjoy your work or they wouldn’t be here, yet they have negative things to say twords you just for asking for a little help. Screw those guys, what you people do is great (and appreciated by most I suspect). I wish I knew japanese, I would join up in a second. Good luck in finding some new team members and thanks as always for your works.

well, id love to be able to help you guys out in some ways, but as with every instance i read the pleas for help, i have no idea how to do any of what you guys do, otherwise, id be all over it… playing pc games and putzing about is quite boring when im not working.. haha
