thanks I’m waiting for the xvid, but take your time, cos it’s nice that fansubbers still care about people with old senile computers. It really sucks when fansub groups whose encoder is so caught up in making love to their brand new customised pc with the best screen their credit card/parents can buy that they can’t be arsed to release a SD version, so you have to wait for someone to upload it to youtube, or if you’re lucky Veoh, but only IF the show’s popular enough, so you can watch. I wouldn’t be bitter, but I missed out on the last episode of Kitarou for this reason, so yes, I am bitter. You guys rule.

I’m still not sure if they will make a great story with awesome fights or a crap story (with awesome fights) out of this, but I am grateful someone who speaks good english is subbing it. And that the fights are actually as good as the manga even though they can never be as entertainingly violent. I guess the stuff about what you don’t see being more disturbing really is true, and especially as the animation is nowhere near Champloo or Moribito standard, but still they manage to be impressive.

Dont you guys know you can download a conversion program and do that yourself?

Mm not everyone has access to cheap & fast internet.. I primarily download xvid releases to save on bandwidth not hdd space. The quality is perfect for my needs too.

I have a mac, and can’t find a free program that works to convert .mkv files to anything that plays better on my computer.

Man, the waiting for immortal8 is intense. Not as bad as waiting for 6weeks for [Yakuza T-K] to post the final episode of Kaman No Maid Guy with utter disapointment. I can wait when it’s very well made by you guys.
