I like the middle one best. (The second place winner I believe)

so is Kensenai renaming themselves to ..

“ikesenai”? lol.. cuz.. that’s what the winning font almost reads as.. kinda a play on all the i-[insert word here] stuff.. aw well congrats..

the 2nd place one would have been better if the swordsman taking the place of the ‘n’ was at least in a stand where the silhouette resembled the letter N or something.. as it is.. you wouldn’t know that it’s supposed to represent an ‘n’ if you were a first timer seeing that..

2nd .. Kesenai Network means much more than Kesenai Subs…
Planing a Convention under Kesenai name/ Lots of other stuff. So yes 2nd would’ve been better for Kesenai Subs … but for the network .. i doubt that, we needed something 100% original, that can be use in other places tan kesenai subs. + Each thing has a meaning .. even the color!
Anyway .. because i thought they were good i gave both of them a reward.

Some creases in the hakama would help you form the N.

The “n” in the logo is actually Hakama (traditional pants that are being were by mans/fighters or Clan leaders, and other high ranks)
Also to let you know I’m study design, and i have 2 hours/week studding vectorization and we often do logos and learn logos concept, so i may have a few experience. [i didn't chose it randomly]

I like the winning logo, but I agree that second place is better. I would inverse the color of the ‘n’ on the 2nd place logo to make it more visable, other than that I like the art style of 2nd place.

hmmm, since we changed the Translation Source … not because we wanted but cuz Chinese subbers dont release Blade anymore, TLC takes a lot! and not just that there is some old
“japanese guitar” song .. that is a pain in the ass .. for now that the only thing left .. 1 of the song … TLC is finished:D

oh… i have to watch that show someday, i just couldnt pay attention when i saw the little hitman guy…. was just too distracting, it looks like its a great anime, then that guy ruins it for me… like it kills any seriousness for me

@rar; yeah i feel the same way, i watched up to 9 (somehow) and don’t know if i can stomach it to push forward, my main problem is with the hitmans voice.

What is up with the eye? I dislike it very much. It’s weird and plain but at the same time, it has too much going on. And doesn’t go well with the entire theme. In one word, OOOGLY.

Personally I don’t care what the logo is anymore.. the eye looks weird sure, the 2nd place one doesn’t have an ‘n’..whatever.. this isnt a GFX site.. it’s all about the subs.. and on that note…

Down with the withholding of episodes just to make a big release.. hopefully that’s not happening with Blade.. T.T
