We at Crunchyroll at least attempt to gain rights for as many countries around the world as possible. For example, REBORN is available on Crunchyroll in the USA, Canada, United Kindom, Australia, and New Zealand while Naruto Shippuden is available in all countries (each show has it's own region restrictions).
